Downloadable apps: coming soon
The iPhone and Mac apps are not yet available for public App Store download. Apple approval is pending and no release date is promised. Your one-time core licence is recognised on the website and in the Apple apps with the same JPO Wealth account, with no second core payment. Website access is available now; a home-screen shortcut does not provide the native offline app.

Browser names and menus vary. If installation is not offered, the same app works in your browser. An installed web app uses browser technology; it is not an App Store or Google Play download.
Open my appConnection and updates
Cloud saving, signing in, purchases and support need the internet. An already open page keeps loaded figures in memory. Unsaved changes show a warning; keep the page open, export a backup and reconnect.
The app checks for newer saved money figures while you are not editing. If another device saved first, it stops the conflicting save and asks you to keep an export before reloading. Refresh To-Do to load other-device updates; conflicting edits are rejected.
Reopen the app online to receive Version 18. Updating application files does not reset your account or saved records.
Moving from an earlier version
Existing cloud records remain in your previous account. Open it and link an email. For device-only records, export all plan figures from the old app first. In Version 18, open More → Separate plans → Import separate plans. Imports add copies. Original uploaded files must be exported separately on their original device.
Native apps and desktop installers
There are no approved App Store or Google Play releases, nor signed public Windows or Mac installers at present. Use the browser or web-app installation above. Older unsigned previews are no longer advertised as releases.
