JPO GLOBAL
Help with JPO To-Do List
Your tasks save on this device and can sync privately between iPhone and Mac through iCloud. You do not need a JPO account to use the app.
Keep your next steps clear
Add a task, optional notes and a priority: Urgent, Important, Need to do, or Eventually need to do. Switch between the four priority sections and All tasks. Keep future ideas separate until you are ready to act on them.
Use a task’s checkmark to mark it complete. Completed tasks can be restored. Removing a task places it in Recently removed, where it remains available to restore. Tasks, ideas, notes, priorities and completion or removal changes are included in your iCloud list.
Use your list on iPhone and Mac
Sign in to iCloud with the same Apple Account on both devices and allow To-Do List to use iCloud. Open the app on each device while connected to the internet. Your list uses private iCloud storage belonging to that Apple Account; JPO GLOBAL cannot read it.
You can keep working offline. Changes save on this device and wait to sync until iCloud and an internet connection are available. Keep the app open, or reopen it, to let syncing finish. Check the sync status before relying on changes on your other device. Syncing is not always immediate.
If you are offered Use device tasks in iCloud, you choose whether to add tasks saved only on this device to the current Apple Account’s list. Lists belonging to different Apple Accounts stay separate.
If changes are not appearing, check that both devices use the same Apple Account for iCloud, iCloud is available, and there is enough iCloud storage. Reopen To-Do List on both devices with an internet connection. If the app reports a storage or sync problem, leave it installed and contact support.
There are no manual import, export or backup controls. iCloud sync keeps your list up to date; it is not a separate backup history. Your To-Do List does not sync with JPO Wealth.
Remove or permanently delete tasks
Remove keeps a task recoverable in Recently removed. To erase the whole list for your current Apple Account, open Privacy in the app and choose Delete all tasks permanently. Read the confirmation and type DELETE ALL TASKS.
Permanent deletion requires an internet connection and access to iCloud. After the app confirms success, tasks, ideas and their history are cleared from this device’s current-account list and that account’s private iCloud list. Other devices using the same account clear their old list when they next sync. The action cannot be undone in the app. Device-only tasks waiting to merge and other Apple Account lists are kept.
Uninstalling the app does not delete its iCloud list. See the privacy policy for more about local copies and removal.
One purchase for iPhone and Mac
One App Store purchase covers iPhone and Mac on the same Apple Account once both versions are available. All app features are included, with no subscription or in-app purchases. The App Store shows the price before purchase.
Ask for help
Open JPO Support in your browser. Include “JPO To-Do List”, what you expected, what happened, and your device model. Do not send private task notes, passwords or payment details.
The support website asks you to verify an email address so you can send messages and read private replies. This is optional and separate from using To-Do List; you do not need to buy an app or start a financial trial to ask a question. Your tasks are never attached automatically. Return to the support website to read replies; there are no email reply alerts or guaranteed response times.
Apple processes App Store purchases and refund requests. Request a refund through Apple’s purchase support, or contact JPO Support about a problem with the app. Nothing here limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
