Privacy for JPO Cash Flow

This notice covers the native JPO Cash Flow app from JPO GLOBAL, operated by Jeremy O’Donnell, ABN 99 449 627 727. It does not describe JPO Wealth or JPO Skate Parks, which have separate functionality and privacy information.

Cash Flow numbers are temporary

JPO Cash Flow keeps the income, spending, assets and debts you enter only in memory for the current session. It does not save your numbers for next time or send them to JPO GLOBAL. Start again clears the calculation, including the most recent removed entry available for Undo. Closing and reopening or reloading starts empty. On iPhone, leaving the app and returning also starts a new session.

Cash Flow has no account, advertising, analytics, tracking, cloud sync or backup feature. It does not read saved records or backup files from earlier previews; those older copies may remain separately until you remove them.

Apple purchases and device services

Apple processes purchases and any information you provide to the App Store. The apps do not receive your card number or bank details. Apple may provide sales reports or diagnostics under your Apple settings and its terms. See Apple’s privacy policy.

If you contact support or open a website

Support is available through the website listed on the App Store. Your Cash Flow numbers are never attached automatically to a support request. Support links on this page open in your browser. The JPO support website uses a verified email account and stores the messages you choose to send, with the information needed to manage and protect that service. Website operation and support records are covered by the JPO website privacy policy. We use your support details to respond and maintain the service. Do not include passwords, card numbers, identity documents, financial backups or private task notes.

The public website and hosting provider may process network information such as IP addresses to deliver and secure webpages. Reading Cash Flow’s inline privacy policy does not open a website. To-Do List’s bundled help also works without opening a website.

Who these apps are for

Cash Flow is designed for teenagers aged 13 and above and adults. These apps are not marketed as apps for children under 13 and do not request a date of birth or collect a child’s profile. Apple’s content age rating is separate from the intended audience.
